PRINCIPAL DUTIES

• Assist Guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Ability to focus attention on Guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous
• Handle all cash, credit card and gift card transactions
• Check identification before serving alcohol according to state law
• Have full knowledge of food & beverage menus and promotions
• Maintain a driven, intense pace with good cleaning habits throughout shift
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Efficiently run the bar during your shift, stock supplies as needed
• Other functions as assigned by management
