As a Brand Ambassador you will engage with your fellow students on campus to increase Velvet Taco's brand awareness, build brand loyalty, and drive traffic to the restaurant by utilizing relationship building, social media, and more. Each Brand Ambassador will receive a $200 Velvet Taco comp card, 5 exclusive meal rewards through The Velvet Room loyalty program, and $100 worth of custom swag per semester.

Velvet Taco will provide incentives and rewards to brand ambassadors based on their performance, such as free meals and exclusive discounts.
Primary Responsibilities
Brand ambassadors will leverage their social media platforms to promote Velvet Taco and its offerings. Ambassadors are required to create a specified number of social media posts per month featuring Velvet Taco. These posts may include images, videos, or written content.
Ambassadors are expected to actively engage with their audience, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries about the brand.
Ambassadors will establish relationships with student organizations, clubs, and other influential groups on campus to maximize reach and collaborate on promotional efforts. This may include hosting events, distributing promotional materials, organizing contests, or partnering with student organizations for collaborative initiatives.
Ambassadors may be expected to participate in training sessions or webinars to stay updated on Velvet Taco’s menu and campaigns.
Ambassadors will provide monthly reports on their activities, including feedback on Guest responses and suggestions for improvement.
Education and Experience
Level of Education:
Current sophomore, junior, or senior on campus at Texas Tech University, The University of Oklahoma, Texas A&M University, or Baylor University.
