GIVEAWAY ELIGIBILITY:

To qualify for entry, participants must be residents of cities where Velvet Taco is present, including Fort Lauderdale, FL; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Charlotte, NC; Norman, OK; Tulsa, OK; Nashville, TN; Austin, TX; Dallas, TX; College Station, TX; Houston, TX; Fort Worth, TX; San Antonio, TX; Lubbock, TX; The Woodlands, TX; Waco, TX. Entrants cannot be Team Members of Velvet Taco, their immediate family members (i.e., parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, stepparents, stepchildren, and step-siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of their location), or reside in the same household as a Team Member. No purchase is required, and entrants must be 18 years of age or older, submitting their entry in the English language.

HOW TO ENTER:

Entrants can visit https://www.velvettaco.com/spiritofresistmas at any time during the Promotion Period to enter by completing all mandatory fields on the form, electronically agreeing to the Official Rules, and following the provided instructions to guess who stole the Spirit of Resistmas. Each contestant is limited to one (1) entry per promotional period. All Entries must be submitted by 11:59 pm CT on December 31, 2023.

PRIZES:

One (1) Grand Prize will be granted to the selected Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize includes free tacos for a year. The winner will receive one (1) Free Taco reward credited to their Velvet Room account every week for a total of 52 weeks. The winning entrant must confirm acceptance of the Grand Prize within seven (7) days.
